Who is actually in your home
Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. That is why the first clean is great and the fifth one is not, and it is why you never quite know who is coming.
Rossy’s works the other way round. The same person cleans your home every visit, learns which cabinet sticks and which rug gets moved, and gets better at it. You are not letting a rota into your house — you are letting one person you have met.

Questions, answered
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us a door code or a key and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there the first time so we can walk through it together, that is completely fine.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, that is the point of a recurring schedule. The same person learns your home, which is what makes the second and third cleans noticeably better than the first.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is included: products, cloths and equipment. If you would prefer we use something specific of your own, leave it out and tell us.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Tell us as far ahead as you can and we will move it. There is no cancellation fee and no contract to work around.
How is my price worked out?
By the size of your home and how often we come, not by the hour. You get a flat rate before we start, and that quote is the price.
